By using TalentBridge, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and agree to update their profile to maintain accuracy.

4. Account Registration

• To use the platform’s services, you must create an account and provide necessary information such as name, email, and contact details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
• You agree not to share your account with others and to notify TalentBridge immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Services and Fees

• TalentBridge offers a marketplace for connecting Agencies, Talents, and Employers. We facilitate job postings, talent sourcing, project management, and secure payment processing.
• TalentBridge charges fees for certain services. These fees may vary depending on the nature of the service, such as project fees, transaction fees, or subscription fees.
• By using the platform, you agree to pay all fees as outlined in our pricing policy.

6. Payment Terms

• Payments on the platform are processed securely. Employers are required to make payments via the platform for services provided by Agencies or Talents.
• TalentBridge may use escrow services to hold payments until the project milestones are completed.
• Agencies and Talents will receive payments as per the agreed terms and conditions of the project, subject to any applicable fees.
• TalentBridge reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of disputes, non-compliance with these Terms, or suspected fraudulent activity.

7. User Responsibilities

• Agencies and Talents: You are responsible for providing quality services as described in your profiles and project proposals. You agree to maintain professionalism and meet the project deadlines.
• Employers: You agree to provide clear project requirements and pay for services rendered through the platform.
• All users agree not to use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

8. Communication and Collaboration

• TalentBridge provides tools for communication and file sharing between Users. All communications must be conducted through the platform to ensure transparency and security.
• Users are responsible for maintaining respectful and professional communication at all times.

9. Confidentiality

• Users agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared through the platform, including but not limited to project details, business information, and user data.
• TalentBridge will take reasonable measures to protect user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content, software, and materials provided on the platform are the intellectual property of TalentBridge or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended purposes.
• Users retain ownership of the content they upload, including project deliverables, but grant TalentBridge the right to use such content for the operation of the platform.

11. Termination

• TalentBridge reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or any other reason.

12. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute between Users, TalentBridge will provide mediation services to resolve the issue. However, TalentBridge is not responsible for the resolution of disputes and has the right to withhold payments until an agreement is reached.
• Users agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably and cooperate with TalentBridge’s dispute resolution process.

13. Limitation of Liability

• TalentBridge is not liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to errors, interruptions, or failures in service.
• TalentBridge does not guarantee the quality, reliability, or legality of services provided by Agencies or Talents.

14. Changes to Terms of Service

• TalentBridge reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where TalentBridge operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
